Remember this little pink number I picked up last weekend at a barn sale? It's my letter but not my color.
Amazing what a little aluminum spray paint can do.
A little galvanized aluminum fits me better than pepto-bismol pink.
It looks like old chain link fence made into a G.
You're liking it better now too, aren't ya?
Wait 'til you see what I do next with that nifty can of aluminum spray paint. I've got some plans!

ReplyDeleteThere's an aluminum spray paint? Looks so much better than the pink :)
ReplyDeleteNice update...
ReplyDeleteLove it! So very simple, yet so cool.
ReplyDeleteI do love it better in aluminium:) Can't wait to see what you do next!! ~ Tina x
ReplyDeleteGotta love aluminum spray paint... I used it to paint my fireplace screen. It used to be brass, yuck.
ReplyDeleteLove your G!
See, I can't do the big "L" thing.
ReplyDeleteDamn Laverne and Shirley.
Grrr...I can't seem to find this mysterious spray paint anywhere in the UK but seeing this has made me want to resume my search. This is gorgeous. Love the soft industrial feel about it leaning against the blackboard.
ReplyDeleteI like it so much better white. Fun find.
ReplyDeleteFabulous....and would go perfectly in my daughter Gracie's room. I'm on a hunt to find a quirky letter for her wall. I may just buy one of those paper mache one's at JoAnns and paint it or modpodge some fabric or scrapbook paper....but I'd love to find an old galvanized metal letter!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great find--I like both colors.
ReplyDeleteI love it! I'm a sucker for letters & monograms!
